Description
The shower cubicle is supplied as a one piece welded unit or, where access is limited, in knock-down form for site assembly by the installer. The cubicle is available with end closure panels for free standing locations open or closed top and is supplied as standard with a soap dish, heavy duty shower curtain, waste outlet and shower fittings. Cubicles can be bolted together to form ranges and are ideal for installing where constant heavy use is encountered such as leisure centres, sports facilities, campsites, schools, colleges and military barracks.

Construction
The shower cubicle is manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel, with all exposed surfaces polished to a satin finish. Supplied as a one piece welded unit or in knock-down form for site assembly, the cubicle incorporates a built-in shower tray with a central outlet, integral mounting feet and a removable front access panel held in position by security type screws. The cubicle top can be left open or provided with a roof. A choice of factory assembled shower fittings with concealed pipework are supplied with the cubicle, together with a soap dish, heavy duty curtain and an unslotted flush grated waste fitting.

The standard shower cubicle size is 750 x 750 x 2000 mm high inside. Special non-standard sizes can also be supplied.

Waste Outlet
The shower cubicle is supplied with a 38 mm (1 in) BSP unslotted flush grated waste fitting positioned centrally.

Spray Head

The shower cubicle is supplied, pre-assembled with a choice of the following: Fixed vandal resistant spray head. Fixed shower arm with swivel spray head.

Shower Valve
The shower cubicle is supplied, pre-assembled with a choice of the following: Push button timed flow shower valve which gives approximately 20 seconds operation and requires a temperature controlled water supply. Thermostatic shower valve which requires separate hot and cold water supplies.
