LOS ANGELES Lazeric Jones insisted he was just trying to show some love to his family. He maintained the kiss he blew to the Galen Center crowd after his second consecutive basket late in the first half of the Bruins 66-47 win over USC on Sunday night was all love. No hate. The glint in his eyes said something different, and the sneaky smile that crept onto his face confirmed it. I feel like Im part of the rivalry now, said Jones, who finished with 15 points on 6-of-11 shooting. Every time we scored I got really excited. Thats how its going to be. Thats how its always going to be.

I was watching games a week ago, previous games (in the rivalry), and they were chippy then. Who am I to break the rivalry? If Jones provided the flash in the Bruins blowout win, the Wear twins provided the dirt. Sophomore forward Travis Wear had 19 points on 7-of-12 shooting and brother David Wear added 13 points and seven rebounds in 19 minutes while battling foul trouble. EDMONTON, Alberta Taylor Hall scored at 3:06 of overtime to lift Edmonton to a 2-1 victory over the Kings on Sunday that snapped the Oilers five game losing streak. Hall scored his 15th goal of the season on a power play after a backhand pass from Shawn Horcoff. Josh Green scored in regulation for the Oilers, who have just three wins in their last 15 games. Justin Williams scored for the Kings, who were 2-0-1 in their three previous games to move three points behind San Jose for first place in the Pacific Division. Edmonton started the scoring just past the midway point of the first period as Jeff Petrys blast from the point as a penalty expired was tipped by Green past Kings goalie Jonathan Quick. It was Greens first goal since he scored one against Montreal on Jan. 16, 2007. The Oilers came close to making it 2-0 a few minutes later when Hall had an open net to shoot at but he couldnt lift a backhander after being knocked down to the ice. Edmonton outshot the Kings 12-6 in the first period, and kept the pressure coming. The Oilers were robbed of a goal seven minutes into the second when Quick made a stop on Greens shot and then came across the crease to make a tremendous glove save to take a goal away from Ryan Jones. Quick did it again with five minutes left in the second period as he came across to stop Sam Gagner with a pad save after a nice bit of tic-tac-toe passing by the Oilers top unit. The Kings tied the game six minutes into the third period when Williams tipped Slava Voynovs point shot past Edmonton goalie Devan Dubnyk. Anze Kopitar picked up his 400th career NHL point on the play. KINGS B3

GREEN BAY, Wis. For Eli Manning and the New York Giants, Lambeau Field has become a familiar launching pad. After beating the Green Bay Packers at home for the second time in four years, they only hope this trip ends the same way: at the Super Bowl. THE GUIDE
A LOOK AHEAD
16 TODAY 17 TUESDAY 18 WEDNESDAY 19 THURSDAY 20 FRIDAY

Tide definitely at top of class

T
he Bowl Championship Series was created prior to the 1998 season to answer the question of who is No. 1 in college football. Instead, some 14 years later, its created more questions than answers. This year, which climaxed with Alabamas shutout of previous No. 1 Louisiana State in the BCS title game last Monday, was no different. A day after the Crimson Tide secured the first shutout in BCS title game history to win the national championship, there were complaints over whether or not Alabama deserved the No. 1 ranking it received from the coaches and writers polls. Well, it did. Its clear from this view that Bama, with four victories over teams ranked in the top 25, two of which were rated in the top 10, is deserving of No. 1. For me, I always take a backwards approach of rating teams, using the barometer of not who you beat, but if youve lost, who you lost to. A bad loss trumps a good win. And under that criteria, Bamas resume is just better than any of the other challengers, which include LSU, who they just beat; one-loss Oklahoma State; and Stanford and Oregon, who have two losses each. The Tides only loss was to then-No. 1 LSU, by three points,

in overtime. Yes, LSU beat Alabama by three points during the regular season, but the Tigers looked dismal in losing by 21 in the championship game. Oklahoma State has no case. Yes, the Cowboys have a solid resume with wins over top 25 teams. But they lost to unranked Iowa State. IOWA STATE! Its also not like the Cowboys were impressive in their Fiesta Bowl victory over Stanford, outlasting the Cardinal only because Stanford missed a game-winning field goal at the end of regulation. Stanford need not apply after first losing to Oregon at home then blowing the Fiesta Bowl against Oklahoma State. If anyone deserves to get bumped up, you could make an argument for Oregon, which beat Wisconsin in the highest-scoring Rose Bowl Game. But two losses is one too many to receive consideration. So once again we end a season with controversy, which if you believe recent reports, might be the straw that broke the camels back in reference to a possible

playoff system. BCS officials are already discussing it. I actually like the plus-one system, but I like it by incorporating the old system, picking the best two teams after the BCS bowls are complete. Three years ago, that would have given us 14-0 Alabama vs. 14-0 Boise State. Last year, it would have been Auburn vs. Texas Christian, and this year, possibly Alabama vs. Oklahoma State, although its hard to say, because it depends how the BCS bowls, outside the Rose Bowl, line up. But it would seem in most years to work, since usually there are just two undefeated teams left after the bowls, or at worst, one undefeated team and one one-loss team. But enough about this year and talk about revamping the system. Lets take a peek at next season, which again will feature the current BCS format: From this view, LSU and USC are the early frontrunners to meet in next seasons BCS title game, which will be in Miami. LSU, which is expected to begin the season ranked No. 1, returns most of the cogs that keyed this seasons run to the BCS title game, including the Honey Badger, Heisman Trophy finalist Tyrann Mathieu. The Tigers are expected to be just as strong defensively and should be better on offense.

USC, which is now free from probation jail, should possess one of the better offenses, with the return of quarterback Matt Barkley and receivers Robert Woods and Marquis Lee. The Trojans also feature one of the more athletic defenses in the country. The rest of my early top five are Alabama, which despite losing a bit on defense is still expected to be loaded; Oregon, which should challenge USC in the Pac-12 with running backs Kenyon Barner and DeAnthony Thomas returning; and Oklahoma, which is still scary with Landry Jones at quarterback. It should be noted that LSU didnt begin the season as a favorite to advance to New Orleans, and 2010 finalist Auburn and Oregon began the season outside the top 10. But if USC is in the national title game, who plays in the Rose Bowl? Thats a discussion for next August. Have a good offseason.

Projection recap

It was a so-so bowl season from a projection standpoint. Of the 35 games, I picked 20 winners, going 3-2 in BCS games, correctly projecting Oregons win over Wisconsin in the Rose Bowl and Alabamas victory over LSU in the BCS title game.

From B1 to whoever was coming up there. So, weve got our hands full. The Patriots lead the series 6-1, but Baltimores lone win came in the postseason. The Ravens, playing their first home playoff game since 2006, forced two turnovers in the first quarter for a 17-3 lead thanks to touchdown passes by Joe Flacco, and interceptions by Lardarius Webb and Reed in the fourth quarter helped the advantage stand up. We knew what was coming, Lewis said. This young team, they are so freakin fiery. Theyve got so many great pieces over there. I just take my hat off to them, just simply for the way they came out and fought today. More importantly, I take my hat off to my team as well, because we came out and we knew it was going to be tough. off game in Texans history, Houston (11-7) didnt commit a turnover in a 31-10 home rout of Cincinnati. Against Baltimore, the Texans couldnt hold onto the ball and fell behind by two touchdowns. Arian Foster ran for 132 yards and was the first player to rush for 100 yards in the playoffs against the Ravens. But rookie quarterback T.J. Yates threw three interceptions. Houston, down 17-13 at halftime, twice held the Ravens without a first down in the third quarter before driving to the Baltimore 32. From there, Neil Rackers 50-yard field goal try hit the crossbar and dropped into the end zone. Baltimore then launched a drive in which seldom-used Lee Evans made a sensational one-handed catch for a 30-yard gain on third-and-5 from the Houston 39. On fourth-and-goal inside the 1, Ray Rice was stopped for no gain. The Texans couldnt move the ball, and the Ravens took the ensuing punt at the Houston 49. But three plays netted only 4 yards, and Sam Koch punted for the seventh time.

Minutes later, the Ravens punted for the fourth time in five second-half possessions. Fortunately for Baltimore, the defense compensated for the teams inability to add to its early lead. Webbs second interception came with 7 1/2 minutes left and the Ravens clinging to 17-13 advantage. Baltimore moved 45 yards for a field goal by Billy Cundiff with 2:52 left. Reed ended the Texans subsequent drive with his eighth career playoff interception inside the 5-yard line. When we got up 17-3, the No. 1 thing I told them is: Theyre going to make a rally. Every great team makes a rally, Lewis said. And this is what playoff football is all about. I mean, year after year and time after time, great competition going against each other, it really does get no better. Houstons Danieal Manning muffled the record crowd of 71,547 by taking the opening kickoff 60 yards to the Baltimore 41. Yates then completed two passes, and after the Ravens stuffed Foster on a third-and-1, Rackers kicked a 40-yard field goal.

He also was the Packers leading rusher with 66 yards on seven carries. Green Bay lost three fumbles, including one on a rare giveaway by Rodgers. The Giants also sacked Rodgers four times. Emotions high for rematch

Pau Gasols T-shirt read: Eat your enemy. He smiled then laughed when a reporter pointed at the words. A message for tonights opponent, the Dallas Mavericks, perhaps? Personally, its a game I want to play well and I want my team to win, Gasol said after the Lakers held a light workout and a video session Sunday. Its a different team, a different year and a different scenario, too. Last spring, the Mavericks knocked out the Lakers in a stunning four-game sweep in the second round of the playoffs en route to their first NBA championship. Gasol did not play well, but then again no one could touch Dallas Dirk Nowitzki in the playoffs. Both rosters have been revamped since May, with the Lakers trading Lamar Odom to the Mavericks for a first-round draft pick and an $8.9 million trade exception. The Mavericks traded Tyson Chandler and did not re-sign J.J. Barea.

Tipoff: 12:30 p.m. today, Staples Center TV/Radio: Prime/980-AM. Matchup: Clippers point guard Chris Paul strained his left hamstring in the fourth quarter against the Lakers on Saturday night and an MRI done Sunday was negative. The team said Paul is day to day and is questionable for todays game against the Nets (3-10). Paul is averaging 18.0 points, 8.4 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 37.3 minutes in nine games for the Clippers (6-3), who beat Miami and the Lakers in their past two games. The Associated Press

He told reporters for Sports Illustrated and ESPN.com last week he considered taking this season off after the murder of his cousin and the death of a pedestrian in an accident with an SUV in which Odom was riding last July. Real close, he said when asked about taking a sabbatical.

If it merely was a rematch of their playoff series, then it would be one of the most intriguing games to start the season, but when you add Odoms return to Staples Center it could be one of the most emotional games of all of 2011-12. Odom played for the Lakers for seven seasons and helped them win championships in 2009 and 10. He was as valuable on the court as off it, a kind-hearted soul who was content to play a supporting role and play it well in the last few seasons. When the Lakers tried and

failed to trade Gasol and Odom to acquire Chris Paul from the New Orleans Hornets last month, Odom demanded general manager Mitch Kupchak to deal him. Kupchak hesitated at first, but then granted his wish. The move weakened the Lakers bench, and Odom hasnt exactly thrived in Dallas. He is averaging career lows of 6.6 points and 4.8 rebounds in 19.8 minutes, down from the 14.4 points and 8.7 rebounds he averaged in 32.2 minutes last season. Odom was the NBAs Sixth Man of the Year in 2010-11.

Coach Mike Brown said he wanted the NBA to take a closer look at Blake Griffins post-whistle shove to Darius Morris while the rookie guard was in midair late in the first quarter of the Lakers 102-94 loss Saturday to the Clippers. Chris Paul fouled Morris a nanosecond earlier, but Morris continued to the basket and dunked as Griffin shoved him. Brown went into a rage on the sideline and had to be restrained by his assistant coaches and drew a technical foul. Whether the shove was blatant and, boom, or was just a little shove, when a guy is in the air thats a dangerous play, Brown said.

Brown still upset

DENVER Paul Millsap had 26 points and 12 rebounds, Al Jefferson added 18 points and 12 rebounds and Utah beat the Nuggets. Gordon Hayward scored 19 points and Devin Harris and Alec Burks added 10 points each for the Jazz, winners of seven of their last eight.

Jazz 106, Nuggets 96

Spurs 102, Suns 91

SAN ANTONIO Tim Duncan had 24 points and 11 rebounds to lead San Antonio to a victory over Phoenix and keeping the Spurs perfect at home. The Spurs have won all nine of their home games and are 0-4 on the road. The 9-0 start marks their best opening at home since the 2007-08 season when they began 13-0. Phoenix (4-8), has now lost four straight.

Trojans embarrassed by performance

By Scott Wolf Staff Writer

LOS ANGELES USC hit its low point of the season with Sunday nights 66-47 loss to UCLA, and even the Trojans were humiliated by their performance at the Galen Center. I think honestly we embarrassed ourselves, guard Alexis Moore said, and did a disservice to the university with our effort tonight. Fellow freshman guard Byron Wesley agreed. We came out not ready to play, he said. I dont have an answer for why but we were completely flat. We started out OK and died out at about the five-minute mark. The Trojans made three of their first four shots and then missed 16 of the next 20 in the first half. Meanwhile, USCs solid defense disappeared as UCLA shot 64 percent in the first half. Some of the 8,474 fans in attendance left at halftime as USC trailed 37-19 and was

out-rebounded 44-19 in the game. It was UCLAs biggest margin of victory at USC since 1999. With the rivalry, you would think we would come out and execute, Moore said. We couldnt do it. Hopefully the next time we play them we can exceed or match their energy.

ONeills echoed his opinion of the Trojans after most games this season. We are what we are, he said. We struggle to score. We obviously didnt play well today and we need to play better. USC is 0-5 in conference for the first time since the 2004-05 season.

Rusty players
USC coach Kevin ONeill complained after the game the Trojans (5-13, 0-5) are hindered by persistent injuries to forward Aaron Fuller (shoulder) and center James Blasczyk (foot). They never practice, ONeill said. Its tough for guys to improve when they dont take a shot all week. Aaron went from a legitimate double-double guy to a guy struggling to score. Fuller scored eight points in 23 minutes Sunday while Blasczyk scored three points in 15 minutes.

Miner ceremony

Former USC All-American Harold Miners jersey was retired at halftime. Miner spoke to the crowd and was joined by former teammates, including guards Robert Pack and Duane Cooper. I always played with two goals, Miner said. First, to win and second, to give everyone who saw me play get their moneys worth each and every night. Miners wife and children also attended the ceremony and a large banner with his number was unfurled in the Galen Center rafters.

ONeill said he was glad Miner agreed to appear and knew him when they were in the NBA. He had a lot better NBA career than people think, including him, ONeill said. Moore said he met Miner during Fridays practice. It was a privilege to meet someone that did so much to put USC basketball on the map, Moore said. USC gave out 2,000 Miner bobbleheads but some apparently went unclaimed because the game announcer told fans they still were available on their way out of the arena.

UCLAs Lazeric Jones, splitting USCs Byron Wesley, left, and Maurice Jones, had 15 points in Sundays 66-47 win.

Moment of the night

Perhaps it was only fitting with USCs shooting woes that Wesley threw a pass that went into the basket in the second half. I was happy as hell to see that go in, ONeill said.

PAINTER
From B1 If you think ONeill should be gone after the season, youre looking at just this season which is dreadful, to be sure and not seeing the big picture. When looking at USC, you must look at probation and sanctions and judge the full book, not just the ugly cover of this season, during which the effects of probation are rearing their ugly head. USC is 5-13 overall and 0-5 in its inaugural Pac-12 Conference season. The Trojans cant sink a basket from seemingly anywhere on the court. But they shouldnt sink their coach because of it. Were disappointed, and we feel badly for the kids, Haden said. Theyve played hard, and (have) great defense. Theyve struggled offensively and havent shot a great free-throw percentage, but I plan to be patient with the team and the coach. Patience is a good idea. ONeill was patient with USC. He accepted the job in 2009 when no one else wanted it. He weathered the probation storm that included sanctions with recruiting stemming from the O.J. Mayo scandal. Derrick Williams, now playing in the NBA with Minnesota, transferred to Arizona. Noel Johnson, who committed to USC, transferred to Clemson and now is at Auburn. Solomon Hill and Lamont Jones were supposed to go to USC, too, and avoided the cloud of probation. Thats a star-studded recruiting class. USC still made it to the NCAA Tournament last year, but lost Jio Fontan (torn knee ligament) to a preseason injury in Brazil and Nikola Vucevic for the NBA. And USC now is left with this mess. Lets not forget ONeill guided a turbulent ship in 2010, his first season, when probation hit the program. I look at this as Kevins second year, Haden said. The first year, he inherited a mess. Last year, we played six players. This year, we have a little bit more depth. A lot of guys are freshmen, however I dont consider them freshmen anymore. We continue to play fantastic defense, but weve got to get more shots to fall. I dont know how to do that. Haden cant do it. ONeill

Buckeyes get act together in romp

The Associated Press

COLUMBUS, Ohio Lenzelle Smith Jr. more than doubled his career high with 28 points on Sunday to lead No. 5 Ohio State to a surprisingly easy 80-63 victory over seventh-ranked Indiana. Jared Sullinger added 16 points, William Buford scored 12 and Deshaun Thomas had 11 for the Buckeyes (16-3, 4-2 Big Ten), who were coming off a loss at Illinois on Tuesday. Several players questioned their teammates commitment and effort after that game. Cody Zeller had 16 points, Christian Watford 13 and Jordan Hulls 11 for the Hoosiers (15-3, 3-3), who had lost at home to unranked Minnesota on Wednesday. Smith, who came in scoring about five points per game, hit 10 of 12 shots from the field including 4 of 5 3-pointers. He also had seven rebounds, an assist and a steal.
No. 8 Duke 73, Clemson 66: Andre Dawkins scored 24 points and made five 3-pointers as the Blue Devils (15-2, 3-0 Atlantic Coast Conference) overcame a sluggish start to pull away from the Tigers (9-8, 1-2), even though scoring leader Austin Rivers finished with just 4 points. Duke beat Clemson for the 26th time in the last 28 meetings. No. 11 Georgetown 69, St. Johns 49: Hollis Thompson scored all of his 20 points in the second half and the Hoyas snapped a two-game losing streak. Jesse Clark had 15 points and freshman Otto Porter added 13 points and 10 rebounds for Georgetown (14-3, 4-2 Big East), which lost to West Virginia and Cincinnati after an 11-game win streak. Freshman Moe Harkless had 21 points and 10 rebounds for St. Johns (8-9, 2-4). No. 23 Creighton 90, Southern Illinois 71: Doug McDermott scored 25 points and went over 1,000 for his career to help the Bluejays (16-2, 6-1) win their sixth consecutive game since opening Missouri Valley Conference play with a home loss to Missouri State. The Salukis (6-12, 3-4) lost to Creighton for the eighth time in a row. Antoine Young added 14 points and six assists and Gregory Echenique had 11 rebounds and nine points. McDermott also had 11 rebounds and recorded his sixth double-double of the season. T.J. Lindsay had 13 points, Jeff Early 11 and Mamadou Seck 10 for the Salukis.

USCs Maurice Jones comes up with a rebound between UCLAs Anthony Stover and Jerime Anderson during Sundays game at Galen Center.

RIVALRY
From B1 Howland said. Were getting better at getting the reads and the second and third options off of our sets. Were still not executing as well as wed like, but were moving definitely in the right direction. Thats huge for us. So was Anthony Stover. The Bruins backup center had three blocks and three rebounds but altered several shots and was an active presence in man-to-man defense, which the team has relied heavily on during its three-game winning streak that followed back-to-back losses to Stanford and Cal to open Pac-12 play. Stovers minutes in the first half, where he was changing shots, blocking shots defensively was a huge boost, Howland said. Stover has really played well for us. He played

very well for us against Arizona and had key minutes for us against ASU. A year after USCs interior duo of Nikola Vucevic and Alex Stephenson dominated UCLA with a combined 33 points and 20 rebounds in a 63-52 victory, their absence was striking as the Bruins out-rebounded the Trojans 44-19. Last seasons game ended with Smith making an obscene gesture to the crowd and criticizing the referees in his post-game interview, actions that led to a reprimand from the Pac-10. This year ended a bit different. It felt great, Smith said. Zeek and (senior guard Jerime Anderson) reminded the team before we went out about what happened last year. We have a lot of new guys on the team the twins werent playing with us last year, Norman Powell wasnt with us yet and we

came out and said, Its us against the world out here; they embarrassed us last year, now lets go put it on them. Added USC guard Alexis Moore: We embarrassed ourselves. We did a disservice in our effort. Give UCLA credit. They played a great game, we didnt match their effort. The teams sputtered to a horrendous start and were tied 9-9 with less than 10 minutes left in the first half. UCLA, however, took off from there with a 14-1 run over the next six minutes. By the time Jones puckered up for the crowd, the Bruins were leading 35-16 and well on their way to their biggest win at USC since 1999. I was just giving my family a little love, Jones said. My parents have been on me about showing love to them when Im on TV, so thats all I was doing. It was all love. Theres that smile again.

cant do it. But you can be patient through all the misses. Dont expect mediocrity, but realize this is a product of the past few seasons, something that started when Tim Floyd was coach and Mike Garrett was athletic director. Patience is key when trudging through this season of disappointment. ONeill deserves to be given another chance to see what Wake Forest transfers J.T. Terrell and Ari Stewart can do, along with Eric Wise, a UC Irvine transfer. Three or four players who arent playing this year could be starting next year. Kevin deserves it, Haden said of time to turn USCs flop of a season into winning ways again. I think hes a good coach and a good man. He does a lot of things that are important for this university other than just basketball. The kids are good kids, good-character kids and he graduated 100 percent of his seniors last year. Those things at a university mean a lot. At the end of the day, Kevin knows and I know and everyone knows that weve got to get the program rocking. It hit rock bottom on Sunday. UCLA out-rebounded USC, 44-19. Its a statistic that really will eat at ONeill. The 25-rebound differential ties a Ben Howland-coached UCLA team high. And the 19-point loss at home in this rivalry series was the worst for USC since it lost to UCLA 98-80 in 1999. Even though patience should be preached, its tough to accept these records. Guard Alexis Moore said the Trojans embarrassed themselves. I think honestly we embarrassed ourselves and did a disservice to the university with the effort we gave, Moore said. USC might be working hard, but its not showing on the floor. I cant tell them how much I appreciate their hard work, ONeill said later. Its not a great situation for us right now. Its not right now, but USC doesnt need to hit the panic button where ONeill is concerned. Haden is giving ONeill much-deserved patience. Its the right move.

Azarenka cruises to win at Australian Open

By John Pye The Associated Press

MELBOURNE, Australia Third-seeded Victoria Azarenka won 12 straight games to finish off Heather Watson 6-1, 6-0 in 67 minutes today in the opening match on center court at the Australian Open. Azarenka, one of six women who can finish atop the rankings depending on results at Melbourne Park, is coming off a win at the Sydney International last week. Well, the score is easy. To actually play the match, its never easy, especially for me coming here only Saturday, Azarenka said, adding she was unsettled because she had to get to Melbourne Park so early there was nowhere open to buy her morning coffee.

First time I actually hit on center court was today in the morning. The Sydney champion has gone on to reach the Australian Open final six times since 1997, winning twice. Li Na won in Sydney last year but lost the Australian Open final to Kim Clijsters. Li and Clijsters were in action later today. Azarenka beat Li in the Sydney final Friday night and is starting to gain a following in Melbournes Chinese community. After beating Li Na, a lot of Chinese people started recognizing me, the 22-year-old from Belarus said about her experience at a Chinese restaurant. Thats a plus. Shell get more local attention in coming days, with a sec-

ond-round match against Australian wild-card entry Casey Dellacqua, a 6-3, 6-2 winner over Serbias Bojana Jovanovski. Eighth-ranked Agnieszka Radwanska can take the top ranking by winning the Australian title. She had a battle on her hands just to make the second round, fending off American Bethanie Mattek-Sands 6-7 (10), 6-4, 6-2 in a three-hour match on Show Court 2. Mattek-Sands hit a stunning 81 winners but had 65 unforced errors. In other womens results, 26th-seeded Anabel Medina of Spain beat Eva Birnerova of Czech Republic 6-3, 6-3 and Eleni Daniilidou of Greece beat 41-year-old Kimiko Date-Krumm of Japan 6-3, 6-2. No. 30 Kevin Anderson of

South Africa was the first man into the second round, beating Denmarks Frederik Nielsen 6-1, 6-2, 6-4, while 2009 U.S. Open champion Juan Martin del Potro dropped the first set to Frances Adrian Mannarino before advancing 2-6, 6-1, 7-5, 6-4. Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal are on the same side of the draw for the first time since 2005. Third-seeded Federer, a four-time Australian Open winner, was set to play on Rod Laver Arena in a night match against Russian qualifier Alexander Kudryavtsev. Second-ranked Nadal had the last match on Hisense Arena the second show court at Melbourne Park against Russian Alex Kuznetsov.
