Hyperion Clients / Experience Telecommunications Client Role: Hyperion Developer Description Implemented the enterprise data warehouse (EDW) to have a detailed view of the customer. Customer data warehouse consisting of customers complete account information such as Personal data Bill Payment, Dues and Plan Details, created developed and published about 300 reports using Hyperion reporting tool connecting to DB2 database using SQL statements and Stored Procedures and also scheduled reports. Responsibilities Involved in requirements gathering from business users and prepared functional and technical design documents for further development. Used Rules file to load Business-view dimensions dynamically. Implemented Star Schema and used EIS to interface with the companys existing Oracle 10g data warehouse. Designed and developed EIS sections (GUI)/Dashboards and written Java-script code to implement them to make web enabled reports. Involved in installation of 9i on Unix Server which included Planning, Essbase, HFM, Financial Reporting etc. Supported users during User Acceptance Test (UAT) by troubleshooting and resolving outstanding issues/problems faced by users. Flexi E-Load System allows Distributors and Dealers to trade the reload credit and to sell the subscribers using Mobile Phone which includes Distributor Mobile and Dealer Mobile. Distributor Mobile UI includes Trade Balance, Credit Transfer, Submit Purchase Order, Change Passcode and Regeneration of Passcode. Dealer Mobile UI includes Subscriber Reload, Trade Balance and Today Sales. Created New Reports and maintained the old one and did some changes using Dashboard Builder.
Responsibilities Prepared Monthly scorecard reports in Hyperion Analyzer, which detail monthly Revenue, expenses and Bad debt for consumer and business segments for Analysts to analyze and forecast. Implemented Hyperion Planning 4.0 and Worked with Hyperion Planning in developing webbased forms for the various budgeting purposes and implemented whole security matrix in Hyperion Planning. Created users/groups, security profiles and application access to different groups using filters.
