TENDER NOTICE REF: NextGen/107/2011-2012 NEXTGEN TEXTILE PARK PRIVATE LIMITED, is developing a textile park at Pali, Rajasthan, under the SITP scheme of Government of India and invites item rate bids for the below mentioned work from eligible bidders registered with Government/ Semi Government organizations at NextGen Textile Park Private Limited Khasra No.140, Chak No.1, Sardar Samandh Road, Pali, Rajasthan

Structural steel PEB structures along with associated civil 1113.00 12 Months works, as well as Construction of Civil works of office Buildings. . Firms/ Contractors having experience, expertise and resources to carryout above works on their own and having previous experience in Site Development and Civil Works and completed such works of value as given below are eligible to participate. a) Experience of having successfully completed in any one 12 months continuous period within last three financial years should be as below: -

I) One similar works of value more than 80% of the estimated value OR II) Two similar works of value more than 50% of
the estimated value each AND

b) The average financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years
ending 31st March 2011 shall be more than 30% of the estimated value calculated for a 12 month period

Sale of tender documents shall commence on June 28th 2011. The intending Contractors shall have the documents from the below mentioned addresses on payment of cost thereof from 10:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M. till July 07th 2011 and request quoting the reference number NextGen/107/2010-2011. Cost of each tender document is Rs. 2,000/- payable by crossed Demand Draft in favour of NextGen Textile Park Private Limited payable at Delhi. The tender documents are not transferable. Duly filled in tender documents in sealed envelope (Two Envelope system) with all supporting credentials and an EMD of 1% of the estimated value in the form of crossed Demand Draft / Bank Guarantee from Nationalised / Scheduled bank favouring NextGen Textile Park Private Limited payable at Delhi, should be submitted to the chairman, NextGen Textile Park Private Limited, A-211, Sector-83, Noida-201305(U.P.) on or before 16:00 Hours on July 11th 2011. Tender documents received after the above-mentioned time or without valid EMD or with cutting/overwriting will be rejected outright.

Sealed tenders received will be opened on July 12th 2011for technical bids at our Noida office at 11.00 hours. The financial bids of eligible bidders will be opened on the same day at 16.00 hours in the presence of those bidders/ their authorized representative who wish to remain present. The check list of documents, as per the Tender Documents, must be enclosed with the offer failing which offer may be rejected.
