BA collecting requirements without effective coordination, facilitation, or realistic deadline BA will create unrealistic expectations with stakeholders PM left out of the loop on critical meetings and conversation with sponsors and stakeholders BA dont have functional or technical knowledge to articulate requirements correctly

The PMBok and the BABok together are excellent PM and BA are necessary to archive project business value
