This study shall be conducted in order to assess the management practices implemented by the Zamboanga Rubber Estate Corporation (ZREC) as basis for administrative action. Specifically, it seeks to answer the following problems: 1. What is the status of management practices implemented by the Zamboanga Rubber Estate Corporation (ZREC) in terms of: a. Fertilization of rubber trees and b. Tapping practices? 2. What is the production status of Zamboanga Rubber Estate Corporation (ZREC) by year? 3. What is the implementation status of Zamboanga Rubber Estate Corporation (ZREC) in terms of: a. Vision, b. Mission, c. Goals, and d. Objectives? 4. What is the percentage of productive and unproductive rubber trees? 5. What is the status of the income derived from rubber production since its implementation? 6. What are the problems encountered by the implementers of the Zamboanga Rubber Estate Corporation (ZREC)?
