Bharti Tele-Ventures was incorporated on July 7, 1995 as a company with limited liability under the Companie Act, for

promoting telecommunications services. Bharti Tele-Ventures received certificate for commencement

business on January 18, 1996. The Company was initially formed as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bhar
