Competitors Analysis

As we were doing business activities so we were having competitors and one main competitors s in Zab mela was the SAAWSKAN HUT because they were having lot of food items in stalls like food , gifts , and games and there stall was well decorated . There group members were more than our members, they were eight and some students from junior batch were who ere helping them. So we were in doubt that they will beat us. But after knowing their strength we also come to know their weakness their main weakness there was that there was no-coordination with in the group members .they were not sincere with their work their group members were wondering here and there and enjoying the mela so the customer were not getting proper response and were leaving the stall .this was the positive point for us and we the advantage.
