Identify the Market leader in your product category and identify the market share of all the major competitors in the industry , including your product. Comparative study of all the major competitors in the industry on 4 Ps scale. Identify the competitive advantages of all the major competitors in the industry, including your product. What are the marketing strategies would you like to suggest (on 4 Ps level) to the top Managers of your Product, to gain the upper market share.
