3.

Findings
After analyzing the employees view on behalf of their comapny by questionnaire and face to face interview we have found some valuable results of the Multisoursing Ltd company.

3.1 Nature of Business:


We have found that the nature of this business is service oriented. So we can say that this a service oriented business.

3.2 Employee Recruitment:


To hire the employees for theire enterprise they used to follow the external and internal recriutment sources.

3.3 Advertisement for external sources Recruitment:

From the questionnaire we came too know that whenever they used to hire employees from the external sources,they liked to advertise for the applicants by web based advertisement.

3.4 File keeping system of the applicants:


For this they used to keep the CV of all applicants.

3.5Record keeping of employees information:


As Multisourcing Ltd. is a software firm that mostly work with computer so no doubt they record all of their employee related data in digital or computerized system.

3.6 Problem in Record keeping System:


By filling up the questionnire by the employee of them we have found that they didnt face any problem regarding the current record keeping system so far.

3.7 Types of employee related files:


By the help of the questionnaire we also found that the employee related files what they have those are the promotion file,leave file,past record file,training file,employee expertise file etc.

3.8 Record of employees former job Information:


As the past job informations is needed to be recorded so Multisourcing Ltd follows it strictly and that is about the experiece.

3.9 Time period of update employees Information:


Through this questionnaire they gave us the information that they like update the employees information half yaerly.

3.10Purpose of Human Resource related Information:


Through the questionnaire we hae found that thair purpose of human resource related informations are tarining decision, assigning new job and promotion decision.

3.11Evaluation of Human Resource related Information for a particular Purpose:In this case they used to evalute the human resource related information for a
particular purposes by the help of top management and practionners and also the help of the employees where they used to share knowledge and informaton to open the window.

3.12 Record about Human Resource best serve your need:


Through the questionnaire and the face to face interview we have seen that they used to think their records of human resource best serve their needs whenever they do the performence appraisal.

3.13 Satisfaction of the employees with the HR system:


As Multisoucing is a small enterpise, so they are able to make the employees satisfied with their HR systems which is more comfortable to them and is also motivating.

3.14 Organization of the HR system:


In this case they are not thinking about to change their HR process or system as it is well organized to them.

3.15Changing decision of the HR system:


They do not think that they need to change the system at the current situation but it depends on time whenever they wuold need that they will go for better option.

4.Limitaions:
As the Multisourcing Ltd. is a small enterprise and throug the survey we have found that overall they are quite happy with their human resource information system as well as the HR system but we think they may have some problems which can be: i)In terms of their employment search sources they only follow the web based advertisement that may not be more whenver we think about their companys advertisement or promotion. ii)Whenever keeping datas of the applicant only CV is not a good option ,where they may need the record of other informations also beyond the CV. iii)They also keep the records of the experience only fo the employees former job.

Suggestion:
After getting all the HR related informations and also finding out some f their lackings we can give them some suggestions:

i) To find out or recrit the employees Multisoucing Ltd should also follow the other medias like newspaper advertising, taking help of the Professional firm etc that will help not only get a good and experinced emlpoyee,also will promoote their company that will help them to expand the buisness. ii) They also should keep the record of other informations also beyond the CV that will help to find and recognize them in terms of their measurind the employees and also to find the problems. iii) They also should check out the Nature of the Buisness of the former employees. iv) As Multisourcing is small enterprise that follows the systemsof its main company Multimode in terms of the leave form, appraisal form,how to keep the promotion or expertise file and so on that sometimes may not matches with that large organization.So,for that they can prepair some of this according to its range and organozed system and also should implement their own favorable style.
