JackieMost hyped Kannada movie in recent times and the reasons are many, Firstly because of Puneet the most over rated actor, secondly the director, Duniya Soori, third reason it is produced by Rajkumar production house Sri poornima Enterprises and moreover, songs like Ekka, Raja, Rani nanna kayalli and Shiva Anta hogutidde roadinalli are chartbusters. It was great mixture of all these big names. Lets talk about story now As usual Jackie alias Janakiram (Puneet) is a rough and tough village boy, a small rowdy. And his mother wants him to be like a pappu or appu. Other than abundance of hand power he has lot of talk in his mouth, Big dreams in his eyes and a Yamaha RX135. He himself thinks that he is a big real estate owner without dealing a single square feet of land. Jackie is also good in playing cards. Jackie will run away from his village because of 2 reasons one is his friend will be encountered in front of his eyes and police try to encounter him also. Second is the village Poojari daughter Sandhya (Harshika) absconds and Jackie is a suspect because she tells everything to Jackie as a big brother. On the way to Bengalooru he meets the girl, abviously she is the heroin of the film. And in Bengalooru he meet again police and the constable is Rangayana Raghu. Does he find Sandhya does his love story will be successful (do not ask me what is success in any love story). And does he escape from police who want to kill him because he is the witness for fake encounter. Its the story of Jackie. 1 Thumbs up.. Only good thing about the Jackie is its music. Harikrishna has done fantastic job. And the first song picturization is amazing where Soori, Yogaraj Bhat and Harikrishna will be singing on screen. Other than that as usual Rangayana Raghus 2-3 dialogues are good. 4 Thumbs Down There is nothing good in this film other than music. Puneet as said most over rated actor and we all know the reason. If you remove the last name he is good for nothing. Rather than dance and fights there is something important that he need training is in acting and dialogue delivery. Audience feel like slapping the character Jackie and say shut up Jackie, for his non-stop irritating dialogues. And soori every day is not Sunday and every film will not be like Duniya. Soori if you show same awkward scenes, rugged places and the cruelty at its best, it works only when story needed otherwise its of no use. And Bhavana the lead actress of the film is cute and sweet and no scope for acting. And Editing is pathetic.

Final Verdict Mr Soori and Poornima Enterprises. If Harikrishnas fresh music was not there you would have scored a big Zero. I think its been directed only for front row audience. For attracting the new

genre the hero acquiring power to beat so many people at regular interval and even getting up from buried state... ohh!! god this is ridiculous there is no justification and its completely nonrealistic. The 78th production of Dr Rajakumar family so far has not been so hard on screen. The soft and sensible handlings were major trump card from the family of pride in Karnataka. But Jackie crosses all limits. Gyus if you are diehard fan of Puneet then step in to theatre and try to talk only good about the film. Others its good to go if you didnt had headache for long time and you want have it for no reason. I will not be surprised if this film crosses 100 days mark, because Namma Basava, Ajay kind of movies are super hit. Poornima Enterprises will announce its a huge hit. But the fact is its not worth watching.
