Description WS of a small cottage in the hills. WS- Inside the home sits a man with a blue beard holding the hand of the home owners daughter. FS- The Mother of the young woman stares back at the two in her large chair. While her other daughter, Anne stands behind. CU- The other daughter anne continues to stare at the blue beard of the man wanting to marry her sister. CU- of Blue Beards blue beard.

Panel 2.1

Description Blue beard and his wife are seated at the breakfast table.

Dialog Caption: Blue Beard," I have a business meeting to attend this afternoon.

His wife stops eating and looks up at him from across the table. FS-Blue beard begins to take a sip from his glass.

Caption: Blue Beard," ...Ill be away for the rest of the week."

Caption: Blue Beard," You should invited your friends and family over to see our home while I am gone.

Upon finishing his food blue beard stands He puts on his jacket and walks to the door with his new wife. Blue beard reaches in his pocket. Caption: Blue Beard," Oh yea!"

Transition: To Blue Beards home after the marriage.

Panel 3.1

Description Blue beard pulls a set of keys from his jacket pocket.

Dialog Caption: Blue Beard," Here are the keys... you are welcome to open any locked door you can find,"he smiled.

CU of Blue Beard whos face turned from smile to a stern serious look.

Caption: Blue Beard," But... dont you dare go into the door in the basement!"

A dark narrow hallway is seen with a wooden door at the end.

Caption: Blue Beard," ..if you do.. ill be very upset!"

Blue Beards frown has turned yet again to a smile as he kisses his wife good bye. Blues wife stands leaning against the door thinking of what could possible be within that door.

Transition: The following day.

Panel 4.1

Description Outside Blue beards home a group of young women make their way up the walkway. As they approach the home the front door is opened and Blue beards wife is there to greet them with a smile. WS from inside the home. The wife and her guests sit in the living room drinking tea. FS- of The wife with her hand in her pocket.

Caption: wife," Welcome to our home."

Caption: Friend #1," what a nice place you have here!"

Caption: Wife," Thank you! He gave me the keys to every room in the house!"

MS-the friends face is now in aw. CU- of the wife, who is smiling. Caption: "Lets have a look around!"

Transition: The women begin to open every door they find.

Panel 5.1

Description WS-the women go through the closets of fine silverware and dining sets. THe wife serapets from the group hoping no one will notice. She exits the room and pulls the old key from her pocket. SHe rushes down to the basement almost falling from the excitement. SHe glances down the end of the hallway and sees the old wooden door. MS- She takes a deep breath.

Transition: The women begin to open every door they find.

Panel 6.1

Description THe wife inserts the key into the door and turns the latch. CU- of the wifes face as she squints into the dark room. CU- of the wifes face which has now turned to a look of shear terror. Inside the room there were the bodies of 3 of blue beards former wives. FS- from a low angle. The dark sillohouttes of their bodies hang in the foreground. The wife stands frozen in the doorway. MS- she drops the key to the door onto the bloody floor. She quickly picks it up.

Dialog Caption: SFX: CRRRREEEEEEAAAAkk!

Transition: Upstairs.

Panel 7.1

Description She escorts her guest from the home with no explaination. She then pulls out the small key again which is now covered in blood. MS- the wife attempts to scrub the blood from the key. She pulls the key from the water but it is still stained the blood. CU- THe fear on her face is evident.

Transition: The next day.

Panel 8.1

Description Blue beard enters the kitchen, upon arriving home. Blue beard comes behind his wife and hugs her.

Dialog Caption: "Hi honey!"

8.2

Caption: Wife," how... how was your trip?"

BLue beard walks over to the table and places his puts down his brief case. The begins to reach into her pocket unable to control the shaking of her hand. Blue Beard takes notice of his wifes demeanor. Insert- She places the keys into his hands. Blue beard instantly notices the blood on the key and figures out what she had done.

Caption: "It was great...oh... can i have my keys back?"

Transition: The next day.

Panel 9.1

Description The wife has fallen to the floor and begs for mercy.

Dialog Caption: Wife," Please!!!! Please let me live!"

BLue beard looks down at his wife without compassion.

Caption: wife,"will you atleast grant me a time to say my prayers?"

Blule beard agrees without saying a word. As she kneels done, she pulls her cell phone from her pocket. She frantically types help to her brother. Caption: Blue Beard," OK thats enough!"

As she stands up she looks out the window looking for the lights of the police car siren. But none is there.

Transition: The next day.

Panel 10.1

Description Blue beard grabs her by the hair and and pulls her over into the living room. He aims his gun her head. THe wife looks down at this feet as the tears roll down her cheeks. AS Blue beard sheds a single tear for his wife. Sirens are heard from outside the window.

Dialog Caption: wife,"no please! please no!"

BLue bleard drops the gun and escapes through the back door.

He is then tackle by his wifes police officer brothers.
