    Faine:Severalthings.Firstofall,Ithinktocallitariotisabsurd.Gillardsofficewereengagingin thesamesortofdirtytrickspoliticsthatforinstanceyou,yourcolleaguesandallotherpoliticians engageintotryanddiscredittheiropponentsallthetime.IremindyouofGodwinGrechandall thataffairand,ifanything,seemstobeamediaandpoliticalbeatupofextraordinaryproportions utterlyundeservingofseriousconsiderationwhilethenationhasmuchbiggerthingstotalkabout. Thereisaclaimandcounterclaimofwhosaidwhattowhomandwhyandwhen.Itsnotclearfrom thePrimeMinisterspressconferencesthatshehasahandleonwhatisgoingoninheroffice. ApparentlyonThursdayafternoonthestaffmemberconcernedtoldtheotherstaffinthePrime MinistersofficeandnoonethoughtotellheruntilthestorywasbrokenonFridaymorningbyRay Hadleyandthenittookafurthereighthoursforthattobeannouncedcoincidentlyafterthemedia cycleforthedayhadfinished.AndfinallytherewereotherofficersfromthePrimeMinistersmedia unitinthepressgalleryonThursdayafternoonsayingthatTonyAbbotthadbeenresponsiblefora riotattheLobbyrestaurant.Allofthesethingsneedtobeproperlytestedanduntiltheyareitsvery hardforthePrimeMinistertomoveonfromwhatsbeenaverygrubbyepisode.
