Director Development Leadership Breakfasts: Transpersonal Leadership: Beyond the Ego

As part of your branchs mission to offer its members events that are productive, profitable and pleasurable we have instituted a series of four breakfast seminars at Blenheim Palace. Aimed at Director Development, the intention is help expand your knowledge and gain insight from other peoples experience. Each meeting will include a speaker to kick start debate, followed by a round table discussion for sharing opinions and learning from others. Tea and coffee are served from 7.30, with a full cooked breakfast at 8.00 followed by a 20 minute talk and debate. The formal part of the meeting closes at 9.30 am. The question is often asked, What makes a great leader? On Wednesday 14 March, John Knights, Co-founder and Chairman of LeaderShape Ltd will lead a discussion on the relationship between neuroscience and leadership and the part Emotional Intelligence plays in creating winning teams. During his career John has held leadership roles within international organisations in over 50 countries, lectured at Oxford and set up numerous technology companies. John is a thought leader in Transpersonal Leadership and is recognised as a thoughtful, engaging and knowledgeable speaker.
