Designed for internal and external use on commercial, industrial and leisure projects the BOOTH-SC range of doorsets combine medium security performance with fire integrity and insulation ratings. They are tested and rated to security standard EN1627 and manufactured to the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Standard

Door Leaf

A range of SECURITY rated steel doorsets

Locks & Latches: 42 & 52mm thick, constructed from two skins of 1.5mm galvanized steel with a mineral wool core

Mortice and special multi-point locks in accordance with DIN18251.

Handles:

Rebated on three sides, constructed from two skins of 1.0 or 1.5mm thick galvanised stee with a composite core comprising mineral fibre with layers of steel and fibre board. The hinge edge is fitted with steel security pins which locate in the frame in the closed position.

Stainless steel levers are fitted as standard.

Self Closing Devices:

Overhead face fixed(standard) or concealed or concealed closers. Whatever hardware is selected all items are normally factory fitted, requiring no additional assembly work on site.

Door Frame
2.0mm thick galvanized steel, single rebate profile

Frame sections are formed from 2.0mm thick galvanised steeel with a smooth, mitred header to vertical section joints with clip-together locations and arranged for bolt fixing to any suitable opening structure. Uprights are reinforced with steel plates at hinge and lock points. A variety of threshold arrangements are available.

Vision Panels

Glazed panels fitted with attack resistant laminated safety glass are available up to a maximum size of 1m.

Hinges:

Perimeter edge and base compression seals are incorporated in the frame rebate and/or leaf edge.

Door leaves are pre-hung with one pair of heavy duty, three part welded, stainless steel ball bearing hinges.

Finishes

Doorsets are supplied with standard factory applied rust inhibiting primer or factory applied PPC to any BS or RAL colour.

Booth SC security doorsets have been labatory tested to ENV1627. The following table lists our current range of SC products tested to the European Standard:
