If you wish to change from NSS to NCC/NSO in the beginning of the Odd semester, or should you decide to drop NSS before the stipulated time period or Deadline as mentioned in the Notice on the Hostel Notice Boards, you have to write a letter, get it signed by the Faculty Coordinator of NSS and submit it to the concerned authorities of NCC/NSO. No requests for change shall be entertained after the Deadline. Requests can be made only at the beginning of the academic year. 2011 entry and onwards students are expected to earn a minimum of 50 credits for ground work / volunteering (incl. For Students who are in their 3rd/4th/5th year, it is compulsory to complete NSS before the end of this academic year (before the starting of summer vacations). For this year alone, Second Year students can choose to do NSS the next academic year (2012-2013).
