Stage 3 Interview After successful completion of Stage Two, applicants will be invited for an interview Stage 4 Company Vacancy / Interview Selected applicants who have been successful at Stages Two and Three are then responsible for their own application. Details of all our vacancies are advertised on the Apprenticeship Vacancy Matching Service (AVMS), and applicants are encouraged to apply for positions they are interested in. Semta Apprenticeship Service will forward their AVMS application to the company to consider, and arrnage interviews if the company wishes. Stage 5 Company Offer of Employment Successful applicants will receive a letter of appointment from the company and will be notified about arrangements regarding training to be undertaken at Semta Apprenticeship Service.
