If you decide to terminate your membership for account management in future your membership fee will not be refunded.

Despite you agreeing all the terms and conditions of services with your broker, we would like to bring some important information to your kind notice. Forex Gainer, being an account management company, is not a Forex Broker, licensed bank or a Funds security/Investment rm, we do not have any xed deposit or xed prot policy. All your Investments are directly with your Broker, if you give money (for investment purposes) to any of our representatives, or any of our employee or staff we would not be responsible for it. If there is any Forex Trading policy implemented by Government in the future or any act on behalf of your results in loss of your Investment. Forex Gainer, any of its Staff or its Representatives will not be liable for any loss.

Forex Gainer charges the following fees: One time starting Management fee: 150USD Non refundable Monthly Performance Fee: 30% Per Month from prot earned

Explanation of the Performance fee and Prot Loss:

Performance means the prot that we earn from trading with your account in a month. We will charge 30% of that monthly prot, for example, if your account size is 1000$ and we earn 100$ prot on it in a month from closed trades on that account, then our performance fee for that month will be 30$. This will be same for every month; if the prot is less, then we will get fewer fees, if the prot is more we will get more fees. You will have to pay our performance fee within rst 10 days of every month; otherwise we will stop trading in your account. Performance fee will only be taken from the prot every month. If for any months there is a loss in trading on your account and the balance is minus, we will not charge any fee.

Explanation of the Monthly prot:

Forex gainer is not a bank or an investment company or a funds security rm and we do not have a monthly prot scheme. You investment is directly with your broker and we do not advice on any investment either. We are just a Trading Account management company that trades on your behalf with your permission. Our services are for traders who know the market well and are aware of the risks involved. We only trade on your accounts that you have opened with your own choice of broker(s). From the monthly performance of your account as a result of trading (prot/loss), we will only charge you a performance fee (30% of the prot per month). Any prot or loss for clients is made by trading (Account Management) on their account; therefore we dont have any xed prot scheme or provide prot from our pocket.

Passwords/Pin Code:

Your broker will provide systematically generated password, phone password and pin code exclusively to your registered email address and you will have the option to change those passwords as many times as you wish. You are advised not to share your password to any irrelevant person, if you do so it would be solely at your own discretion, Forex Gainer or its employee or agent will not carry any responsibility for any prot or loss that you may incur as a result.

Forex Trading carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all people/investors. Before deciding to trade foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. Most importantly, do not invest money if you cannot afford to lose.
