MONITORING We would monitor the implementation of the project by jotting down the accomplishments we'll perform and making a weekly report that would be beneficial to everyone in the group. We would also have weekly meetings to evaluate ourselves and reflect on the progress of the project. We would also provide photos to prove that we have done our tasks and helped them with their work.

RATIONALE This project is proposed to help the community of Padaman Village. One of the problems that the communtiy has is insufficient of income. Rosalie Darimbang, president of their Women Association, and their members have already started generating income through selling corsages and like during times of graduation at different schools. But, it is not sufficient enough to supply for their needs. It benefits their association in a way that they generate more income. The women's association create the corsages and garlands themselves and they asked the group to aid them in creating gifts for valentines so this project can also strengthen the group's relationship with the community. This proposal also benefits the association in a way that the group creates a bridge between the association and other places for market since the association only sells at one place.

OBJECTIVES At the end of five consecutive Saturdays, the project proposal entitled Generating Income through Marketing the Products and Sharing of Skills on the Women's Association of Team Simply Amazing aspires: to help the women in the Padaman community earn extra income to provide materials of making bouquet corsage/garlands as their source of income to assist them in making the bouquet, corsage/ garlands to sell the products

EXPECTED OUTPUT At the end of five consecutive Saturdays, the project proposal entitled Generating Income through Marketing the Products and Sharing of Skills on the Women's Association of Team Simply Amazing had already: helped the women in the Padaman community earn extra income provided materials for making the bouquet, corsage /garlands assisted them in making bouquet, corsage/garlands sold the products

ACTIVITIES AND STRATEGIES The Project Proposal entitled Generating Income through Marketing the Products and Sharing of Skills on the Women's Association of team Simply Amazing entails activities and strategies such as:

a. Participate and cooperate well to their corsage making. b. Acquire knowledge and skills on how to make corsage by receiving instructions and basic training for future economic benefits. c. Helping them sell their products during Valentines Day. d. Develop a business plan so that it will become successful and so that they would earn more profit. e. We will perform tasks that are very essential for the business.

IMPORTANT ASSUMPTIONS The project proposal entitled Generating Income through Marketing the Products and Sharing of Skills on the Women's Association of Team Simply Amazing and Haribon assumes factors such as communitys response, financial aspect and Teams willingness.

Communitys Response. One key factor that will lead the proposal to success is the communitys response because it determines that the people living in Padaman Village are willing to help and if they also like the project.

Financial Aspect and Teams willingness. The financial aspect and the teams willingness determine the movement of the project. Through the course of the project, the output will be greatly felt by the people living there. If the team is financially unable, there would be a big problem in buying the materials needed. On the other hand, if the team members are not willing to work, then the project will remain a proposal.
