THE QUESTIONNAIRE The questionnaire comprises four (4) parts.

The first part contains the demographic profile of the respondents of the study. The second part assesses the roles of the nurses in facing emergencies. The third part is composed of ten questions regarding on how prepared the nurses are in disasters. The last part tackles on the nurses adaptation and application of knowledge, skills and attitude in real time and event. PART I.
