Events that made this change necessary or desirable: We found a lot of information for project but we didnt have enough time to choose the most useful information which will be inserted into database. Justification for the change/why it is needed/desired to continue/complete the project: We cant insert all information which we found into database without selection. Because it make our database is too large and users must waste their time to find out what is necessary.
