DM Expectations

1. Communication - Call AM s a minimum of 3 times a day. 18 calls should be made to your team per day (Morning, Midday, End of Day) - Continue to text AM s last minute information that we receive daily - Call merchandisers 2 times per week - Check out with me at the end of your day 2. Route Rides -Submit pre-plan route ride schedule to me a week prior to new month beginning *Example December RR Schedule will be due by Nov 24 - A minimum of three route rides need to be completed per week 3. DM Weekly Format Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Route Ride X X X Flex Day X Office Day X *Note the sequence of this schedule can be adjusted based on DM s priority. Route Ride- They should alternate back and from AM vehicles to Managers vehicles Flex Day- Can be utilized to follow-up with AM route issues, Cooler delivery, opening new accounts or completing additional route ride Office Day Should be utilized to write and submit RR recaps, create presentations for AM s and meet with other management. 4. Sales Team Goals / Standards - Give team weekly goals based on our objectives and their current performance. y Example- AM has low e-shot distribution; they should be given a target list based on the open voids. Breakdown by week / day what accounts voids need to be filled Utilize team daily goal form and individual daily goal form and submit to me beginning of every week.(Forms are attached) On Friday we will review the goals submitted vs. the actual performance of the teams for the week. Conduct bi-monthly inspections on truck cleanliness and organization. Make sure pitch book is current and up to date. (This can also be completed during route rides)

5. Administrative - Incentive information is due by the 10th of every month - RR recaps should be submitted in accordance with 3D Guide Lines (Information is attached regarding these procedures). - All reporting is due by the stated due date

6. Meetings - Meetings will be conducted every other Tuesday. - DM s will alternate conducting the meeting every two weeks. - (2) Role play assignments must be conducted every meeting. (Everyone will participate) - Current chain display ad activity should be reviewed and document for each AM and submitted to me at end of meeting

7. Cooler Delivery -Coordinate coolers to be delivered on a scheduled date. This can be weekly or bi-weekly. However cooler delivery does not take precedence over Route Ride or AM support. AM support is #1 on priority list. - Make sure all proper documentation is submitted to me when a cooler is delivered.

8. Opening / Closing -Start time is exactly 5:30 AM. Ensure that you are here by this time every time you are scheduled to open. -Once manager arrivers you need to begin pulling trucks out immediately prior to AM arriving at 5:45 AM -Goal is to have all AM s out the warehouse on the road by 6:10 AM every day. 9. Truck Inspections 1. Trucks need to be inspected twice a month. Once during AM route ride and the other at the end of the month. We need to ensure the cab and bays are organized in each truck. Also ensure that product is being managed as per 3D policy. 2. At month end the Monthly Vehicle Inspection forms need to be completed
