Clinton Democratic Club Brings In City Leaders

T h e C l i n t o n Democratic Club held its monthly meeting Wednesday, February 15th at the law offices of Vallone & Vallone. Not pictured: Councilman and Chair of the Public Safety Committee Peter Vallone, Jr. city complaints, abuses by debt settlement companies, and upcoming issues with our citys budget; Councilman and Chair of the Public Safety Committee Peter Vallone, Jr., who explained his bill which would seize commercial trucks who are repeat offenders of our residential streets; and New York Hospital Queens Community Liaison Debra Pagano Cohen and New York Hospital Queens Vice President for Physician Development Tom Evans, both of whom spoke of the hospitals goals to expand services and their ongoing local outreach programs. The Clinton Club Kids entertained members with Valentines Day songs and an exciting dance routine reminiscent of Glee. The Clinton Democratic Club will hold its next meeting on Wednesday, March 21st at the offices of Vallone & Vallone, located at 25-59 Francis Lewis Boulevard.

U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Member Susan Macinick Instructs Our Children to be Safe
U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Member Susan Macinick, a lifelong Bayside resident, gave an informative presentation about water safety tips to our children. Ms. Macinick stressed to the kids the importance of water safety but also to have fun in the water as well. She said she wishes to come back to the Clinton Club and we look forward to her return.
