1 Introduction
The aim of this document is to collect specific information of auxiliary equipments, external from engine, installed currently in marine and power plant facilities under the responsibility of Wrtsil Italy Services. All the information received on the specific equipment, such as on related spare parts, will be recorded, thus resulting available for future identification and prompt ensuring supply. This list includes both equipments generally supplied by Wrtsil on the stationary and marine applications, for this reason some of them might result not applicable to some installations. Starting and control air system

Figure C103 shows a typical layout for our engine installations. However, it may be preferred to separate the control air supply and install a dedicated control air compressor and air receiver.

The starting air system consists of two independent units of starting air receivers and compressors (redundancy is provided for safety reasons).
