a. Question when the paper speaks of responsibilities of various positions i. There should be a line in there about delegation, so responsibilities can be passed down to other members b. It s highly encouraged that anybody that is chairing a reach-out committee to attend executive committees as well, times for which will be determined soon. D. Website will be soon a. i. Blood Drive in place of those who can t give blood 1. Possibly pair up with another Greek Organization who is already doing a blood drive. Then it could be an educational opportunity for that house too. 2. Have donators carry a paper/sign for who their donating for and/or why their sponsor can t give blood ii. STD testing through Project HOPE 1. Have ambassadors that can go and pitch the program to other Greek organizations G. Chaz is to check with Jean to get a meeting at the same time for every Monday
