In this case I have to work as a front office manager .i have to prepare a staff roster for next General manager meeting next week In the new roster I have to maximize the operational efficiency of our staff while ensuring the best practice standard of customer service

B) Elements of staff roster


1 Staff roster should be simple easy to understand. 2 Break times should be allocated clearly. 3 Shift times should be accurate. 4 Available to Staff members. 5 Name of staff members should be written clearly

c) Training to other staff members


1. Training is legal and necessary to all staff members. 2. They should know every location of hotel. 3 They are part of industry. 4 Training is important for work and safety. Food Supervisor Highly organised and efficient, the food supervisor, prepares the food products in the kitchen and ensures that food is served in the correct order and at the correct time. They ensure the event runs smoothly, liasing with the host and directing food wait staff accordingly. Food Waiter Trained with Food Safety Licences, these staff work the floor of your function. Serving food, removing used plates, and general front of house duties, these staff members are most valuable to any event. Topless Waiter Need we say more..these men are great addition to any hens night or girls night in party. Again trained in RSA ad the

appropriate food handling certs, a topless waiter adds a hint of fun to your next girls party.

Need for multilingual staff


A multilingual staff will better enable your company to adjust into a global market. Your customer service record will increase since your staff will able to address problems and issues immediately rather having to wait for translation assistance. Also, working through a third party can be uncomfortable for clients. Clients need to feel comforted and understood by companies. Having a multilingual representative who can speak directly to the client in their native language will make the company/client relationship prosper. In a global market, you will need to have a multilingual staff who not only speak languages of European origin languages such as French, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian but also Asian languages such as Korean, Chinese and Japanese who make up 40% of the internet readers. Globalizing your company cannot be achieved without the help of a multilingual staff. They are able to reach out to customers and business partners, making your company a better international competitor in a global market.

e) Facilities for the new rooms


We should make the summary of the meeting between marketing staff and the reception staff. Reception staff must know everything under the hotel and must know every about the new room and all the facilities in these rooms. They should also know everything about the offers and discounts. It will help to increase the sale of organization.
