Feeling- Employees are feeling about organizations values , norms , rules behavior , safety culture, welfare .it also consider good feelings ,bad feelings, innovative feelings, feeling about gatherers in organization. Thinking Employees are thinking about values, norms, rules , behavior . The discipline in the factory means to follow the rules, regulation, systems, process, values or norms of the organization followed by the organization from time to time. The course of disciplinary action would be somewhat as under: First - verbal warning Second written warning, Counseling Third- Show Cause Notice Suspension and Dismissal

Furniture & StationaryFurniture and stationary are completely new and consider required number. Furniture are well furnish and well maintaining in HARSHA ENGINEERS. 7.
