If a requirement is not applicable to the project (for example, if it was tailored out), indicate N/A with an "X" in the N/A column and provide explanation in the Comments section. 4. Indicate under the Comments section in the Comment column at the bottom of the checklist the specifics of the deficiency, the reason for the requirement's inapplicability, or any amplifying information. 5.
