1) Present Employment Company : Reliance Power Limited (ADA Group) Duration : July09- till Date Designation : Assistant Manager (Commissioning & Erection) Project : 4x300 MW Rosa Thermal Power Plant, Rosa,Shahjahanpur, UP. Roles and responsibilities Co ordination: Coordination with SEC (Chinese expert and supplier for BTG material) regarding Commissioning of equipments in BTG.

Engineering co-ordination for drawings and engineering issues.

Developing effective management system to provide information on progress, risk identification , resource management. Engineering co-ordination for drawings and engineering issues. Construction coordination for resource mobilization, prioritization of job etc Inter-Departmental coordination in order to facilitate progress for the accomplishment of a fast-track project.

Achievements: Synchronization U#1 A new benchmark established in Indian Power Sector by carrying out Synchronization of First Unit in 35 months from zero date (LOI date), with drum lifting in 19 months and Boiler Light Up in 31 Months.
