5. Select type of 'Wells". lype of "Permit to View" and "Status". You may also qucry by
"Districl" or "Base API" or " Bottom Lease". The following arc an explanation of
headings:
A ) Under the "Well s" heading. you lllay choose "All". "Not Completed" or
"C Illpleted". This selection refers to the wellhor ' status in TIMS.
B) Under the "Status" heading. there arc g possihle !>c1ections: "All" - Will query all
permit status's except P ndi ng and Rcturne 1. "Submitted" - Will only qu 'ry a permit
that has heen ini tially :unmilled. "Pre-approval" - Will only query u permit that has
heen placed in preapproval by a Ii Id ngineer. "Pending" - Wi ll onl y query pemlits
thaI are pending Crom the operator and have nol been suhmitted. "Resubmitted" -
Will only query permits thai have been resuhmitt ed. "Approved" - Will only query
permit: that have heen approved. "Returned" - Wi ll only query permits that have
heen returned to the operator for c n-cct ions. "III-Review" - Will only query permits
that arc in review.
C) The "District" headi ng allows you to sd ct permi ts from one or all Dist ricts. The
"Base API" allows you to query a permit hy its 10 digit AP[ Numher and the "BoHom
Lease" allows you to query a permit hy its Bottom Leruie Numher. The" imeframe"
heading allows you 10 query permits from the previous J months. previolls 6 months.

"Dislricl" or " Base APr' or "Bollom Lease". Thl'. rollowing are an explanation or
headings:
A) Under the "Well s" heading. you may choose "All' . "Nol Completed" or
"Completed". This selection refers to Ih wcllhorc stat us in TI MS.
B) Und 'r the "Status" h ading. Ihere are 8 possible sclecl i ns: "All" - Will query all
permit statuses except Pendi ng and Returned. "Submitted" - Will only query a permit
that has been initi ally suhmitted. "Pre-approval" - Will onl y query a permit Ihat has
been placed in pre-approval by a field engineer. "Pelldi"g" - Wi ll only query permits
that are pending rrom the operat or and have not been submitted. "Resubmitted"
Will only qUl.;ry permit s lhat have been rcsubmillcd. "Approved" - Wil l only query
permits thaI have been aprr ved. "Returned" - Wi ll only query permits that have
been rctul1lcd to the operator ror cOITections, "bl-Review" - Will only query permits
that are in review.
C) The "District" heading allows you to select permits from one or all Districts. he
"Base API" all ows YOll to query a permi t by its 10 digit API Number and the "Bouom
Lease" allows you 10 query a permit by its Boll om Leas Numher. The "Ti mcrramc"
headi ng allows you to query permits rrom thl! previous 3 months, previous 6 months,
previolls year and all permits.

selections: "All" - Will query all permit statuses except Pending and Retul11cd.

- Will only query a permilthat has heen placed in pre-approval hy a fi el d engineer.
"Pclldillg" - Will only query permi ts that are p nding from thc operator and have not

a. subsea completion or not along with its protection and trce height ahove mudlinc.
However, it is not necessary that all the zones identified in

Markers Pelletrated. It is possible that the main drilling
objective(s) listed in Significant ll1arkers Allticipated and
Significant/Warkers Pelletrated did not contain
hydrocarbons but other sands did contain hydrocarbons. In
