Truffle Oil is like an aphrodisiac the sheer opulence and delicious taste will leave you wanting for more! Chefs in Italy and France traditionally made their own by steeping tiny bits of fresh truffles in high-quality olive oil. At the Thomas Maxwell Bistro we make extensive use of this delicious oil. Some of our suggestions for incorporating truffle oil into your menu include: Fries with parmesan and drizzled with truffle oil A variety of mushrooms lightly pan fried with truffle oil Kick start your day by adding truffle oil to your scrambled eggs! With the Truffle Oils voluptuous versatility it has the unique ability to turn every dish into something spectacular.

So Gabriel
Range of Beers
Were proud to introduce the So Gabriel Range of Beers.
In our ongoing quest for more substance, authenticity and meaning we were thrilled to find this range. The group responsible for this collection challenged themselves to find some of Europes oldest family-run breweries in search of artisan-produced beers. Working hand in hand with the breweries they have developed the finest, authentic lagers and ales. Their raw passion, blind optimism and reckless resolve are bound to make a difference to our ale loving clients. For serving suggestions or more information on the collection please visit www.thomasmaxwell.co.za
