Heating: The cabin is outfitted with a large woodstove. This heats the main cabin and upstairs. There are floor vents to allow convection to the second floor. The master bedroom also features an Empire propane wall furnace. Sellers use a small generator when needed. Electric has not been brought to this property. Electricity has been brought to the other two homes on the shared driveway. Lighting is accomplished with propane chandeliers and lights. Seller uses pump to take spring water from pond to 125 gal main cistern and 20 gal sink cistern on the second floor. This provides plenty of pressure for toilet, shower and kitchen sink.
