Interactive Diabetes Education Website in Development New York Health Foundation South Asian Program
The Asian outreach program specifically targets the Asian community within NYC in an effort to understand their unique needs and to provide educational opportunities for them to lead healthier lives while living with diabetes. We provide diabetes education to the various Asian communities while building bridges between the Asian communities and the Friedman Diabetes Institute.
