Over time, cholesterol can build up in blood vaos, learn how to avoid this by using some simple cardio exercises.
The Cholesterol is a type of fat, that is produced in your liver, you can also find cholesterol in some foods, over time cholesterol can build up in blood vaos,When cholesterol accumulates in the

arteries the body is hindered by many problems over time this may end in a heart attack.
But this is not for worry you can avoid this with simple cardio exercises.

A/ Yes i know that there's some machines that monitor your heart rate, I also know how to take my pulse in the radial artery , it is important because you know how's your health and your body. 2. First we have to know a little bit about our hearth : What is a hearth attack ? A hearth attack is the death of hearth muscle from the sudden blockage of a coronary artery by a blood cot. Coronary arteries are blood vessels that supply the hearth muscle with blood and oxygen. Blockage of a coronary artery deprives the hearth muscle of blood and oxygen, causing injury to the hearth muscle. Causes of a hearth attack :

There is one cause called Artherosclerosis , is a gradual process by wich plaques of cholesterol are deposit in the wall of arteries. Cholesterol plaques causes hardening of the arterial walls and narrowing of the inner channel of the artery.

The liver manufacturers about 800-1500 mg. of cholesterol per day, which contributes much more to total body cholesterol than does diet. The liver can also make cholesterol from carbohydrates, proteins or fat. Animal foods, milk, cheese, butter contain cholesterol. Excess cholesterol harms the body when it forms deposits on artery walls, leading to atherosclerosis and heart disease.
Occasionally the surface of a cholesterol plaque in a coronary artery may rupture , and a blood

clot forms on the surface of the plaque. The clot blocks the flow of blood through the artery and results in a heart attack

Aerobics and running also help. the period for wich you need to do them depends upon your lungs capacity. Weight-training, weight-training is something wich can phenomenally increase your rate of expelling cholesterol from your body. The resistance encounteres by the body at the time of lifting weight takes a lot of energy to overcome. Weight would be rapid if you can somehow garner this energy from different parts of the body at the time of lifting weights takes a lot of energy to overcome. Weight loss would be rapid if you can somehow garner this energy from different parts of your body. Exercises can help you improve your skill-related fitness and your health-related fitness. This simple exercises can help you to low your cholesterol. Is important to know about your body and your health, is important to have a routine of exercises for practice everyday is help you to stay healthy. When you have a good health you feel better with yourself , exersices reduce the risk of a hearth disease, It also can improve your appearance and delay the aging process.
