While supervising teams of up to a dozen IT professionals, notable accomplishments throughout my executive tenure have included the following: Acted as Project Coordinator for numerous conversions including: online banking, (Online Resources to Fiserv); Internet provider (SAVVIS to Paetec); ATM Processor (Star to Elan); debit cards (Visa to Master cards); server operating systems (Novell to NT to Windows); and upgrade from Avaya Partner system Avaya to VoIP systems. Coordinated and partnered with Vicom, Paetec, Verizon and Cox Business to establish a redundant network for branch operations. Oversaw outsourcing of printer maintenance to managed print service resulting in savings of $10,000 per year in maintenance and supplies. Negotiated a contract with Bill Pay vendor, thereby cutting annual pricing by 48%. Recommended, facilitated and coordinated implementation and administration of new computer technology, software, and services (ATM expansion, network, FedLine and telephone administration, online banking and web services). Orchestrated the installation of fully operational ATM at Harbor Park Stadium in 10 weeks for the opening game of the seasona process that normally takes a minimum of 3 months.
