Assessment Strategies
Continuous assessment
• TMA 01 is formative and unweighted
• TMAs 02–08 are equally weighted and constitute 35% of the total assessment
• Four equally weighted quizzes constitute 15% of the total assessment
Examination component
• Two examinations are equally weighted and constitute 50% of the total
assessment
• SEP = Specimen Examination Paper
There will be fifteen two-hour tutorials for each semester weeks 1 – 15
