Business Analyst (Nov 2006) Responsibilities: Took part in the preparation of Project plan, user acceptance testing. Got a detailed understanding of business functionality and took the responsibility of preparing the Functionality Test Plan which was used by testing team while doing their testing process. I also took part in the reporting phases and studied of clients customizing, business process, and functionality in detail. This helped me to prepare Integration Test Plan which was used by functional team as well as development team for doing a detailed testing on the business application. I have involved in multiple projects for most of Saudi municipality.

System Analyst and Design (June 2008). Responsibilities:

I was involved in various activities of the project like information gathering, analyzing the information gathered, creating folder management structure, documenting the functional or business requirements. I also work on the workflow of the folders test plans and test of the business process or application. This Project Implemented for automated traffic control and management system.

Having got a detailed understanding of the system process and functionality. I took the responsibility of identifying system requirements & finding out gaps in existing application.
