Budget Headcount (kebutuhan tenaga kerja baik dari departemen atau cabang jika multibranches) 2. Budget Recruitment (dari mulai pasang iklan sampai pelaksanaan) 3. Budget Training (penentuan tempat, provider, jenis traning, akomodasi training, dll) 4. Budget Assesment (identifikasi karyawan yg akan di assess baik untuk promosi maupun untuk development) 5. Budget Welfare (Health insurance, family gathering, Long Service award, Scholarship, 17an dll) 6. Budget Salary Increment (per department atau per cost centre) 7.
