As a New York City landmark, the JP Morgan headquarters dominated the world financial scene for nearly a century. This site is now available for the first time as a flagship retail opportunity. Completed in 1914 by the architectural firm Trowbridge and Livingston, 23 Wall Street was known as the House of Morgan and its address became synonymous with American finance.
