Course Description
An integrated approach to decision making viewed from a top management perspective; discussion of comprehensive problems of organizations. Prerequisites: Graduating students, BA 105, BA 141, BA 170
Course Overview
BA 190 is a capstone course to business management and serves as an integration course where knowledge acquired from previous courses are used to establish the strategic direction of an organization. The course focuses on environmental scanning, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and control and evaluation In this course, students must think not just as managers, but as strategic decision-makers of organizations.

Strategic Management Presentation. The talk should be done during class hours and scheduled during any of the research breaks. The group will be in charge of preparing everything for the talk and accommodating the guest speaker.
