DESCRIPTION :
As we know, nowadays english is really important in our life. Some parents spend much money in order to make their children be able in english. English is important to show from the beginning since we are in kindergarten. It will grows our motivation and make us easier to learn english in the next time. In kindergarten, we must have interesting method to teach them english in order to make them interesting in our teaching.

ORGANIZATION:
This english courses for kindergarten is managed by a talented student who is currently studying at
Jambi university in english department. She was a very loving child. World of children like she has her world. Because of it, with colleagues who are also students of the university of jambi, they make this course.

COURSE SCHEDULE:
The courses will be taken place once a week for two months so that there are eight meetings students have to follow. Each of course will be held for fourty-five minutes. COURSE FACILITIES:
There are many facilities available in english course for kindergarten. We have complete facilities like book, whiteboard, dictionary, computers room, some games facilities, etc.

NUMBER OF STUDENTS:
The number of students in english course fo kindergarten are limited for 15 students in each of class. There are three classes available in this course so that each of class contains 15 students. Every students will get each student book, work book and dictionary.

COURSE RULES:
New students have to fill register form and pay register cost Every students has to pay course costs Every courses will be taken place for eight meetings in two month For absence of students, there is no addition class Students are expected to come on time Register cost course cost cant be returned if student has registered in english couse for kindergarten. Every students has to obey all rules in this Course

PROCEDURE :
1. Students have to listen the explanations from the teachers 2. Students have to do the exercise that given by the teacher. 3. the students have to follow the final examination

NEEDS ANALYSIS
Have the basic decisions been made before starting? o Who will be involved? Target group : The students in english course for kindergarten Audience : The teachers, the students, program administrators and, owner Needs analysts : lilis simbolon Resourse groups : The teachers

o What types of information will be gathered ? Democratic Philosophy : A need of better change of the students is desired by teachers, administrators, and owner in english course for kindergarten. o Which points of view will be taken? Situation Needs Versus Language Needs : Situation needs center on programs human aspects like physical, social, psychological contexts. Dealing with social context, development of english world in Indonesia cause many people want to learn english. So, building an english course is appropriate to serve needs of societies. Language needs refer to the learners reason for studying english. English course for kindergarten is available for children. o Have possible interactions between philosophies and viewpoints been considered? Yes, it has. There is interaction between philosophies and viewpoints. The learners reason for studying englishc can affect the change of the students that is desired by teachers, administrators, and owner in Course. How will information be gathered? o Have all five types of questions been considered? Problems : the problem that might be found on cultural exchange class is about not all the student like the teching method. Sometimes they have their different interesting. Priorities : The priority in this program will be focused on practicing to know vocabulary and know some new english word. Abilities : Because we start the study program from the basic so, the ability of the students can be beginner level and next levels. Solutions : The solution on the difficulties of materials in practicing english is students have to pay attention the explanations that the teachers give in order to understand the difficult materials. The other solutions are students have to much practice english in their spare time with the help from their parents. They also have to be diligent to come to the class according to their schedule. o Have a variety of different types of instruments been employed? Tests : type of instrument is test. Students will be tested to measure the proficiency of students in englis after they have finished all materials in learning process. So, test will be taken place at the end of study program before they get certificate from Course. Test is also aimed to diagnose the specific problems that students may have. And, there are corrections about those problems. o Have the important characteristics of measurement been considered in selecting or creating those instruments from at least a commonsense point of view? Yes, the characteristics of measurement have been considered in selecting or creating instruments or procedures. The procedure we used is reliable, valid, and useable.

For realibility, the procedure obtains the same results when it is used repeatedly. For validity, the procedure is valid when it is examined carefully. For usability, the procedure is practical to use because it is easy to score ability of student after we give tests for them and we know what problems they face. o Have the advantages and disadvantages of each type of instrument been considered in choosing which to use? Advantages: By using test and questions about ability, the teachers can know abilities or proficiencies of students in english. Disadvantages: Sometimes, taking place test can make nervous feelings for some students. Uncontrollable nervous may affect quality of english.

GOALS OF THE PROGRAM


Some goals of Guitar Music Course Programme are the following: Guitar music course aims to teach and explore the talents of children for both of beginners and next levels in order to be able to play music instrument well. Guitar music course gives insight and knowledge about music especially in guitar to develop potentions that students have by music education so that this music course can produce competent guitarists. Opening music course belongs to one of good bussinesses because most of people interest to music greatly in recent years. So, we also try to open music course to provide the needs of societies with hope this music course can develop to be big bussiness. We also hope this music course can give good service to the students with emphasizing good quality in teaching music and providing complete facilities. After entering the Guitar Music Course, the students are expected will be better on playing guitar and be able to make some songs by using guitar.

EVALUATION OF THE PROGRAM


Some evaluations for this program are quality in teaching ways are good because the teachers are professional and famous guitarists and they can teach students in fun ways. And from facilities aspect in this guitar music course, it is also good. Owner provides complete facilities in supporting learning process. This course provides fitness for their students. Structure in organization in this course is also clear. But, a suggestion for this course is maybe from the curriculum that the course used. The course can add other important materials and more emphasize on practice than its theories.

GOALS IN MY LIFE:
In goals of life, there are many plans that I have organized in my life. The first, as a student who still study in a university, I want to finish my study at least for five years with good grades. After that, I want to find jobs like being a teacher in a school or other jobs. If I already find jobs, maybe I will begin to think married. I also want to continue my study in next level. I want to study in abroad by scholarship because it is one of my dreams. But, for the study I want to choose if I get a chance to continue my study, I choose psychology department, because I am interested in observing behaviour of human. Beside that, I also want to make my parents happy and proud of me. I want them to see my success in the future.

EVALUATION IN MY LIFE
For evaluation of my life, I think I am not perfect human. I also have many lacks in behaviour, knowledge, etc. So, I have to much learn again and improve my lacks. One of my lacks is I am the pasive person both in my life and in the class. I am easy to give up if I face the difficult problems. And I am often lacks in self confidence. It needs time for me to enhance self confidence.
