Monday, 04 July 2011: Deadline for posting of accepted members II. List of Excusees a. Social Sciences has not been posted yet b. Seniors are excused for their 5th period c. Juniors are excused from their 6th period d. Sophomores are excused from last 15 minutes of 5th period and whole 6th period e. Should be compiled by tonight Guidelines a. To moderators: guidelines for handling of registration cards by students i. If there is no more space on registration card, write on size 2 paper b. To org heads: reminders for org fair 2 c. To security: security procedures; letter to CAT (addressed to Mr. Yucoco and Mr. Vardeleon); guidelines to be fixed today by Elgin d.
