Meeting Proper: I. Updates from Sanggu-HS Executive Board a. Pagtatagpo Project i. Open forum with administration regarding issues ii. First session will be on Thursday, 29 September 2011 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. iii. Topic: Tuition Fee b. Murals have been approved and are tentatively set to push through on Friday/Saturday, 23/24 September 2011 II. Task List a. Keep doing what youre doing, ask maam if you dont know if you should do it. b. Matthew should update us with inventory by next Monday. c. Kids@Work: Yong (2010/11 Socio-spiritual Cluster Head) hasnt sent files from last year. i. Tito Pavia (A2011) can relay information to him if possible. Budget Updates a. 47 orgs who submitted budgets on time have been finished along with 4 councils of ACO. b. Some orgs are at the bottom of the pile. c. 2 clusters budgets are about to be discussed (Team Sports and another). d. Kids@Work functions through sponsorships and therefore has no proposed budget. e. PHP 16,000.00 is the maximum that can be released initially. f. Complete budget has yet to be released; CSO budget has been finished already. g. Both Publications and Communications have no submitted budgets; how will they proposed projects? h. Cluster projects will be proposed under CSO and not as org-specific. Social a. b. c. Sciences Cluster Date: September 23 24 Proposal has been submitted to OSA coordinator for approval Objectives: i. ii. Enrich lessons learned during org sessions iii. Foster cluster unity, teamwork and belongingness iv. Get to know more about the org moderators and their involvement in org activities d. Activities i. Mass 1. Social Sciences Cluster should also be aware of the Church and State relationship (can touch on other aspects of society) 2. Priest should be informed about topic of homily/should be given guide questions/nature of cluster. 3. Org moderators will be involved. 4. Priest has not yet been selected; Elgin will get the priest. ii. Dinner 1. Dinner will be packed. 2. Dining rooms will still be on the first floor (4G, 4H, 2A). iii. Special Org Session (with Org Moderators) 1. Enrich what is learned in org 2. Due to lost time during school year iv. KLIK 1. Promote: cluster unity, teamwork, belongingness and learning of something new 2. 1 hour, 2 sessions, 30 minutes per session 3. Processing after will be related to value learned and relation to own org. 4. Org officers will be rotating between sleeping quarters. 5. Concern: all stations will be doing the same thing (teambuilding). 6. Effectivity is dependent on environment. v. Amazing Race 1. Promote: awareness of different situations 2. Groupings will be at random 3. Will run for 1 hour 4. Concern: might not be justifiable 5. Can be replaced by something like a quiz bee vi. Cultural Night 1. Bonfire ceremony in covered courts 2. Concern: Covered Courts presents health and safety risks 3. Introduce Serye-Kabataan 4. Performances/Open Mic from org members 5. Involvement of Org Moderators and Legacy Talk Ateneo CODE a. Presented by Gerard Villanueva of the Ateneo de Manila University Loyola Schools b. CSO will avail of package after 1st semester ends due to scheduling constraints c. a. The student council of Miriam College has agreed but their student council has not yet been formed. b. Other schools may be contacted so as not to delay the project. c. Objectives i.
