Recipe for Vegetarian Stir-Fry

Serving for 1 people


Equipment: 1. Paring Knife 2. Chef Knife 3. Chopping Board 4. Peeler(Julienne and Normal Peeler) 5. Stove(Electric or gas both are fine) 6. Wok 7. Spatula 8. Waste Bowl 9. Presentation Plate 10. Bowl of Water 11. Spoon Ingredients: 1. 1 Garlic Clove 2. Carrot 3. of a Big Broccoli Head 4. 1 Cup of Cooked Noodles 5. 2 Pieces of baby corn 6. a slab of Tofu (8cm x 5cm) 7. 1 head of Bok chai 8. head of Chinese cabbage 9. Oil 1 table spoons 10. Water 1 tbsp 11. Soya Sauce 2tbsp (maybe add some in the end)

12.Hoisin Sauce 2tbsp (maybe add some in the end) 13.Mushroom Oyster Sauce 2tbsp (maybe add some in the end) 14. Method 1. Preparation for Stir Fry a. Peel the carrot (normal peeler), (2-3 mins) and the peel with Julienne Peeler for design then cut whole slices b. Break the husk of the baby corn and then cut the baby corn into quarters (1-2 mins) c. Shred Chinese Cabbage(1-2 mins) d. Take out the water in the tofu and cut into quarters(2-3 mins) e. Mince the Garlic f. Cut the broccoli head into small pieces(pieces that can go in your mouth) (1-2 mins) Use the stems of the broccoli in the stir fry too. g. Cut the Bok Chai, cut down the bottom and leave the leaves.(1-2 mins) 2. Add the oil and wait for the oil to become hot(2-3mins) 3. Add the tofu in and wait for all sides to become brown(2-3mins) 4. Then garlic for taste and then stir fry for a few seconds 5. Add the onions, broccoli stem, baby corn and carrots (Hard Vegetables) and stir-fry Cauliflower a head 15.Pepper(Little Sprinkle for taste)

a bit(2-3mins) Keep mixing until the vegetables become softer 6. Add 1 table spoon of water if it gets sticky 7. Add all the medium vegetables( Broccoli and Cauliflower) and stir fry for some time(1-2min) 8. Add 1 table spoon of water if it gets sticky 9. Add the rest of the vegetables and stirfry(1-2mins) 10. Add 1 table spoon of water if it gets sticky 11. Add the noodles to the wok and mix it with the vegetables(1-2mins) 12.Add the sauces (Soya Sauce, Mushroom Oyster Sauce) add some sugar too. 2 table spoons of each. Keep mixing until all ingredients have mixed well(2-3mins) 13. Sprinkle some Pepper and mix it(1-2mins) 14. Taste the Stir Fry and add what you think is less 15.Put it on a your presentation plate(design if you want) and then.

Stage 1 = Tofu and garlic

Stage 2= Adding the hard vegetables

Stage 3= Adding the medium vegetables

Stage 4= Adding the rest and mixing

Stage 5= Finished
