Cake Mix Cookies
Ingredients: cake mix of choice 1 egg 1/4 c. butter 2 Tbsp. water Directions: Mix all ingredients well. Add chocolate chips or nuts if desired. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for approx. 8 minutes. Variations: Lemon Cookies: Use a lemon cake mix and frost with a lemon glaze. Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies: Use a chocolate cake mix and add peanut butter chips. Mint Chocolate Cookies: Use a chocolate cake mix and add mint chocolate chips. Chocolate Chip Cookies: Use a yellow or butter cake mix and add chocolate chips.

Buttermilk Pancakes
Ingredients: 2 c. flour 3 Tbsp. sugar 1 1/5 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. oil 2 eggs 1 c. buttermilk 1 c. milk Directions: Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Add remaining 4 ingredients. Mix well and pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto greased hot griddle. Flip when golden on bottom. Cook until the second side is golden brown.

English Muffin Pizzas

Ingredients: English mufns pizza sauce cheese toppings of choice Directions: Split mufns in half to create 2 mini pizzas. Spread with pizza sauce and add toppings. Bake at 350 degrees F until cheese is melted (about 10-12 minutes). Remove from oven and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before serving. They will be hot!

Ingredients: 1/2 can frozen orange juice 1 c. water 1 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. sugar 11 tray ice cubes

ORANGE JULIUS
Directions: Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
