Led many Defense/Aerospace projects (F16, F-18A, F22 / ORS-1, LANDSAT,TDRSS, LRO, GPM), and maintained excellent work relationships with Government agencies (NASA, AFRL, US Air Force, US Navy and NRL), and private industry customers (Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, and JPL). Scored an 80% win ratio on proposals written to: Lockheed Martin, Boeing, NRL, AFRL and NASA. Developed or coordinated development of satellite / aircraft hardware and sub-systems; delivered on schedule, within budget, and to full customer satisfaction (TOPEX, ORS-1, GPM, Excalibur / Tactical UAV). Led Engineering teams through very successful customer SRRs, CDRs and PDRs. (ORS-1, NSCAP, GPM) Generated $2.5M additional revenues for L-3 Communications, by tenaciously pursuing and winning a Major Telecom Infrastructure contract in Nairobi Kenya, in a tough competition against Alcatel (Germany).
