Pursuant to the Notice of Investigation, 76 Fed. Reg. 384 (2010), this is the Initial Determination of the in the matter of Certain Semiconductor Chips And Products Containing Same, United States International Trade Commission Investigation No. 337-TA-753. See 19 C.F.R. 210.42(a). It is held that no violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, has occurred in the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, or the sale within the United States after importation of certain semiconductor chips and products containing same by reason of infringement of one or more of claims 11-13, 15, and 18 of U.S. Patent No. 6,470,405, claims 11-13 of U.S. Patent No. 6,591,353, claims 1-6, 11- 13, 20-22, and 24 of U.S. Patent No. 7,287,109, claims 1, 2, 4-6, 9-13, 24-28, 31-36, 39-44, 47 and 49-53 of U.S. Patent No. 7,602,857 and claims 1-3, 6, 8, 25, 26, 30, 39, 40 and 42 of U.S. Patent No. 7,715,494.
