Format of practical training/seminar report is as follows: Preliminary pages (page i, ii, iii): Title page

Instructions to be strictly followed by the students: 1. All students are required to submit their project report (hard bound) to their respective guides, prior to viva voce examination. 2. Date of project submission to the respective guides, will be intimated to students later. 3. Cover of report should be black and blue in colour for B.Tech. and M.Tech. respectively. 4. Make sure that report should be strictly in accordance with the format prescribed by the department. 5. Hard and soft copies (Executable Project CD) both are required at the time of project submission. 6. Students are required to give a short presentation to their respective guide at the time of submission, before they appear for their final evaluation 7. If any student fails in submission of their project report within prescribed duration before viva voce examination, he/she will not be entitled to appear in final project evaluation. 8. Please make ensure that your signature must appear on attendance sheet at the time of final evaluation. Otherwise you will be marked as absent in the examination. 9. All project report should be properly signed by the guide, external examiner and the student itself at their respective places or certificates, as suitable. 10. Certificates, if includes in report should be in original and signed by the competent authority of concern organization.
