is attributable to activities that were being carried out in the city of Rome. The Roman Catholic papacy led to emerge of great aspects in the world as their status continued to rise. The Rise of Papacy also contributed highly towards emergence of Rome city as the centre of power due to religious activities that were being carried out in it on daily basis. Roman Catholic Church came under various seasons that were associated with success under guiding principles that were realized from the papacy guidance. Most of the saints paid adorable respect to St. Peter who for a long time till present has been figure head of the church towards connecting faithful to Jesus Christ. In this regard Jesus is the son of God whom they believe and adore because he is the son of God. In those days towards the rise of papacy to be experienced, St. Peter was accorded respect because of being a shepherd of the saints in the ways of God the creator. It is one of the areas whereby Roman Catholics have been set up to ensure that their faith continues to increase radically as expected.1 The power of papacy is traced long time ago since the span of Saint Peter to the present date. In those times Catholic Church came under high revolution to facilitate spread of gospel. In those ancient days papacy was highly influenced by many tye4mperal leaders that were all over surrounding Italian Peninsula. These kinds of periods were popularly known as Frankish, ostrogothic and byzantine papacy. After some time papacy rise started to be witnessed all over

2 after it occupied various papacy states in Rome. During those times there was high rate of change in the church that led Papacy to continue growing in all fronts possible. One of the common pillars that have facilitated the rise of the believers in the church and to that of the papacy who is at the helm of the entire institution of worship is the power of mission.2 Through series of missions the church was been in position to shepherd many faithful towards the ways of God in accordance to what the bible stipulates. Statistically in present time there is exactly one billion catholic worshippers in the world. This marks one of the largest populations of believers in the entire universe an aspect that has been pivotal towards that growth of the entire church. All the saints are under the authority of the pope who gives guidelines that pertains to the approach and strategy of worship. They have consolidated their unity under hierarchy that connects them to their creator who in this case is the God and Jesus.3 The rise of Papacy is connected to all the saints or the faithful to God who in this case is the sole power of supremacy in the whole world. The pope is regarded as one of the highest and eminent personality ranking in the whole world. This explains the issue of why he is accorded maximum respect in all areas of the world whereby all the saints are located. The papacy activities are all located in Vatican which acts as the heart of the entire church. It is in Vatican that rational decisions are made that pertains to how amicable solutions will be realized within the shortest time possible. In their belief as the faithful, much respect is accorded to the Pope in articulation to gain favor from God who is the sole creator and whom he sent his only son Jesus to die for their sins. This is an approach eclipses one of the imperative incident that facilitates analysis of how the entire church is planned or set up. The church has been very implemental towards ensuring the rise of papacy is realized in all dimensions in the whole world as far as spread of gospel is concerned.4

3 The saints believed in St. peter apostolic supremacy which build up the church to be one of the most respected shrines in the entire world. This trend could not have been realized if effective measures and policies were not put in place to articulate on how the church can continue being important in the whole world in terms of offering all the saints with guidance that pertains to word of God and what it requires of them to do so as to remain connected to him at all times.5 The rise of papacy has all rounds taken various types of dimensions for their goals and targets in the presence of God to be achieved accordingly. It is factual and also much plausible to articulate that in the emergence of Roman Pontiff to the prominence and helm occurred in a natural manner contrary to divine appointment. The Roman Catholics have remained steadfast towards ensuring that radical results have been achieved in all quarters of the church by focusing on ways through which they can eliminate the acclaimed believe by their critics. The Catholic Church has emerged in terms of prominence due to various reputable stages that Papacy has facilitated towards ensuring that their mission in the whole world continues to be realized as expected.6 Actually in the initial stages or beginning, Rome church was basically a single church within many of its kind in the Roman Empire but series of events around it conspired or led to its drastic change. This is one of the issues that have facilitated radical growth in all areas of concern. Jerusalem in this case was the single area whereby the believers were certain that connected to their faith. The papacy influence led to the emergence of the church through believes of some principles which they still hold to date. This shows the exemplary leadership of the papacy that has continued to rise as days goes by due to their close relationship with the creator of the world and how they have been accomplishing various objectives whether in the realm of the church or

All channels in the world in this case that related to religion started to flow towards Rome an incident that boosted the rise of papacy in all areas of concern.7 The church also embarked on worldwide Christian missions who were conducted my Roman missionaries across the whole world. In this perspective the faithful or the missionaries embarked on series of aspects that all aimed on how to facilitate realization of entire goals effectively as it had been planned from Vatican which to date still holds as the headquarters of the church. The missionaries carried series of imperative work of teaching people the word of God and at the same time educating people on matters that relates to issues that occur in their daily lives. The church growing eminence in this scenario is believed to have grown in all areas due to exemplary leadership which was shown by the Pope all round the globe. This acted as one of the pillar towards goals attainment in the right dimensions.8 The church has remained pivotal in issues within the society by the approach through which problems are significantly solved by remaining steadfast in the church area of concentration. It is also under the same spheres that Pope is able to solve various problems that affect the society greatly. All the individuals in the church have remained categorical towards ensuring that core measures that are of importance to the whole society regardless of discrimination aspects such as racism are solved in the right way. It is concentration on issues of this sort of magnitude that has enabled the entire church fraternity to continue growing in all spheres of concern.9 The church has remained significant towards ensuring that all imperative goals in the areas of operation have been achieved significantly in all areas of concern. The papacy which its authority is based in Vatican continues to be influential especially towards how gospel continues to be channeled all round the world. It is also under the same approach that imperative measures have

These kinds of activities continues to be recognized due to the exemplary role that St. Peter undertook to ensure that people in the world are conversant with the word of God and more so what is required of them to do in essence to ensure that they remain close to the creator. The church through papacy activities accords honor to St. Peter due to care and role that he undertook by guiding all the shepherds towards ensuring that rational results continues to be realized accordingly (Wells 22). In conclusion the papacy rise can be attributed to series of activities that have continued to be witnessed all over the world due to missions that the church has continued to carry even in present times. These kinds of activities have placed the organization in an effective area whereby radical goals and targets continue to be achieved all together.
