SOME CONDITIONS IN CADASTRE POLECY

o Land Registration MUST BE PLOTTED in a Map o Since 1960, the existing map with its appropriate scale only covering 5 % among 190 million Ha o BPN have plan in 18 years (=2025), all of land parcel should have registered and certificated o Land Registration Map, Plotted in scale 1 : 1.000, 1 : 2.500, dan 1 : 10.000, as document

of land parcel and avoid the duplication, So, it should be updated

The Evaluation

The Conclusion
There are no significant difference results in area measurement between terrestrial and aerial photo technique. Sometimes, there are still problems in area which it covered by vegetations. F For future development, there are still some notes: Designing the balloon platform that can handle the wind speed and great stability. The shape of the balloon should b be easy to transport also. It is good if the hydrogen gas can be produced in situ. This need the chemical reaction using aluminium and Natrium clorida, or producing by water electrolysis process.
